"When food is good, it is GREAT, but there is a real problem with freshness. The last THREE times I visited, I got something I didn't expect. First time... rotten salsa. Literally just smell the general direction and you know to toss it, yet they served it to me. After that it was an undercoocked chicken sandwich with some off-tasting sauce. And just last night my order was not only ALL drums (supposed to get a mix unless you specify! , it was horribly overcooked. Like the drum was frayed and rock hard. I think they cooked some of them multiple times over...? About 40% of my order was inedible because of it. Fries were underdone as well. Blandest mac ever as well. I would not recommend over the competition. Low standards like these are frightening, because you don't know how bad things really are behind the scenes. For all we know rats could be bathing in the honey bbq sauce and roaches could be laying eggs in the ground beef. If the owner won't let an employee throw out expired condiments... lol."
