"My most recent experience (12/14/2022) at Poom Thai was terrible. I attempted to place my order over the phone and was shocked by the rudeness of the elderly man who answered. He actually hung up on me. When I called back, the same scenario repeated itself. He appeared very stressed and impatient. Undeterred, I placed my order online. Upon arriving at the restaurant 20 minutes later to pick up my order, a woman emerged who was unaware of my order. After going to the back room and returning, she explained that there had been a delay in receiving the online order; she had just received it. There was no apology or empathy shown. I am uncertain if I will return."
