"The food is expensive and honestly not worth it. This is the second time we have ordered here and the food was mid-par in the taste department but their raw steak was really good! So we went back again tonight to get the raw steak. We picked up as usual, super nice staff and headed home. This time when we flipped over the noodles there was a wad of hair embedded in the bottom. The last time we will be eating here : No refund was issued due to the fact the lady over the phone said we would have to drive all the way back, just so they could see the hair in the food and issue a refund."

"Ive come to Pho Hoai for 9y with constant, reliable praise for their cooking. I got the 51f Bun Bo Hue which very few Viet places in the city have because its a regional dish with high labor and low familiarity, but oh it is just so so good. Thank you Pho Hoai and staff!"

"Seriously? This is what makes Pho, pho for me. Thats hella cheap. Thats an insult to your customers. If you eat here... I guess you gotta ask for extra so you can get a normal amout for THIS much soup. And a tablespoon of cilantro aint it either. This cost $23:16 with the tip. Tofu doesnt have flavor and shouldnt have to completelyrely on the broth to flavor it. I just included a second pic to show the rest of the veggies for my $20 soup. The cilantro is dark so you know its old."
