"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order via Door Dash for two lunch specials. The establishment only sent one order with the Door Dash deliverer; fortunately, the young lady was willing to go back to retrieve the other order. I called Dragon Express to make them aware of the mistake. I asked if they could deliver the order as them not sending it was not the driver's fault or my own. I was told, No driver you can come back to pick it up I was not offered an apology. I called back shortly after to advise the Door Dash driver would be returning to pick up the order. I asked if they could send my co-worker and I a courtesy dessert as an act of customer service due to being inconvenienced. They offered to send two canned drinks and was rushed off of the phone. I gave the Door Dash driver an additional tip. So my co-worker and I ended up paying $30 for two lunch specials."

"usually great, the boneless spare ribs this time were inedible. they were so tough that they couldnt be chewed. SO disappointing because these were the best Ive ever had. when we attempted to get credit from Doordash we were denied and theyre way too expensive so this will unfortunately make us hesitant to order from this location in the future. So sad."

"The 51. Roast Pork Fried Rice was absolutely delicious, theres enough to feed 3 people. The 46. Sweet Sour Chicken chicken was piping hot, it was amazing and up to my standards. The 1. Egg Roll was hot and delicious. This Chinese restaurant gives alot for what you pay for and it feeds 2 adults and a child."
