"as others say more valuable. this branch can not get the orders right! either they give you an incomplete order or a completely false article. such inability and annoying to the customers. ok mistakes happen, but what is worse is the terrible customer service and the rude hiring of the manager! when they come back to complain that an article is missing, he acts like her lying and gives them a doubtful ton. this kind of customer service will have this place close soon. people with such rude attitude towards customers who give them business should not be patronized. the staff and manager of the popeye’s in rockaway mall offer so much better service."

"We arrived at 10 a.m. on the ride, which is the time they are open. I said no chicken would be ready for more than 15 minutes. Why isn't the food ready? The short excuses are just the excuses. What happened that employees work at the time and are prepared for customers to open? So it's always at this Popeyes location. Always a very long waiting period and they are always made of items and then when you get the order, it is wrong or missing items. Where is the owner and why isn't the owner up there? For months. Ridiculous! Don't waste your time."
