"I visited this place several times a week. I usually have no problem, but recently my cookies have been really hard. The reason I want to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewing cookies, but recently they were very hard and dry. My other question is that they have a new employee who works there... a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks immaculate. I noticed on several occasions that he has flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always everywhere. Why don't they wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course, how to look present at work... especially at work for food. I hate when he takes my order, because I only know one day I will find hair in or on one of my cookies. Please note to talk to him about hygiene and look for the part to sell your goods."
