"Great service ! My friends and i eat here at least once a month. The staff is always super friendly. Megan was our server tonight and so sweet! The manager was great. Came over to check on us and took the time to have an actual conversation and get to know his customers. I am a nurse, my friend a corrections officer. He gave us desert on the house and continuously thanked us for what we do. It’s refreshing to see businesses really take care of their costumers. 5stars. We’ve yet to be disappointed and the food is always great! Thanks for having us!"

"We have been coming to Hook Reel since they first opened. We can tell there has been a turnover in staff since then. The quality has changed tremendously. We usually order a huge amount enough to feed 5-6 people. The serving we got for take out was enough for 1 person.Not sure how long this place will stay open since even the all you can eat isn’t bringing folks in anymore.Wish you guys the best but this was our last visit."
