"FAB Service and Food. J. Macklin has been a favorite of my whole family since his opening. (We eat at least once a week. Last Friday night I met friends with their daughters there... we had a total of 16. The kicker: Only 11 were there at the beginning. We all ordered and received our (DELICIOUS food quickly. When a few more came together, our waiter took their orders, accelerated them and delivered their food very quickly. It was amazing to see the last five guests cniffing in and all get their food in such a timely way. My friends (all who have never been there will be back!"

"We've been for weekend brunch, the place is happening, energetic and good. This time was a week day lunch, the place was almost empty. Service was still good and food came out fast. We had a grilled cheese, a burger and a bacon avocado sandwich. Everything tasted fine. I'd go back, but probably on the weekend. The energy seemed to be what I was attracted to the first couple of times."

"my chief took me and another employee member to a revaluation dinner and we chose prinici italia in midtown. the ambiente and decor was beautiful. it wasn't super crowded, but the service was incredibly slow. I don't think they have enough for lunch. my boss and I order both the spaghetti bolognese and my coworkers ordered the cape with mush. we have all agreed that eating was very bland and under seasonal. it needed both salt, cheese and a little more tasteful or spicy to kick it on a stick. at this point I will not recommend any friends. I know you can do better."

"I come here relatively frequently and exclusively for the $6 classic burger special and the $3.50 pint special on Tuesdays. Hard to beat that deal. Burgers are big and delicious and are pretty much spot on every time with the doneness. Sometimes the patty needs a bit more salt. Fries are great, they seem hand cut. Occasionally they are a bit under done in my opinion. Wings are good, they are lightly breaded if you are into that."

"I?ve been coming here for a long time I?ve always had great service to this day, but let me tell you the food has gone down hill completely, I didn?t take a picture of everything but this is the cheeseburger my daughter ordered, it wasn?t even edible. The macaroni that came with it was bland and gross as well so she just didn?t eat. I?m certified in food safety and I know they can?t following procedures of the company if this is the food they?re bringing to the table, we also ordered two spinach dips a Buffalo chicken dip, the chips were all over salted and half of them were stale. The waitress did exchange the chips with no problem! Like I said the service has always been amazing , the chicken salad was not edible, my pizza was amazing but the fries were old soggy cold and also over salted. I don?t want any money back or anyone in trouble I just want the old fresh food back so get a new cook , or retrain the one you have. Also I come once a week so I order curbside often always the same thing, spinach dip or Lemon pepper fried wings ALL FLATS. When I got the wings they were not all flat and the server said she didn?t hear me so I said I understand it?s no problem may I please pay to make them all Flats then. So they charged me extra 3 dollars and took my wings back and basically gave me My old wings back that were cold but took out the drumsticks and replaced them with flats. I LOVE TO EAT AND I DO NOT MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR WHAT I WANT TO EAT, but I deserve to have food that I enjoy eating. PLEASEEEEE RETRAIN YOUR KITCHEN STAFF OR LET ME COME IN AND TRAIN THEM. "it was delicious . and they were friendly. fast good service.. I get the ribs every time because they're so good.. this is the only place I know you get ribs you have to eat with a fork. so tender the meat won't stay on the bones. baked beans and hamburger, mashed potatoes cheddar cheese and bacon bits. it was well worth the walk. it's a 2 mile walk for me every time I go . I went again yesterday it's delicious every time. NO CHANGE AT ALL."

"Horrible hostess service. I came and let the hostess know I was? I was told I could go in and look. (Then they sit parties before the whole party arrives. My party was not present, so I asked for a table for four. After 10 minutes waiting, and many tables open without waiting other groups, I asked to sit again. I was told I had to wait for my whole party. (Previously, this was not the case. I just wanted a place to wait and get an appetizer. I'm currently pregnant for 14 weeks and I'm getting angry when I'm past a certain point. I didn't appreciate that I refused the service with open tables. Why didn't a business want my money? As soon as some of my party arrived, the hostess sat the group without the whole group. (Request another discrepancy in politics. The food was okay. The service was okay. But the first impression left much to wish."

"The atmosphere was very good. I had the Ribs and steak and my wife had the wings. The ribs had a sweet sauce that messed very good with it. I really enjoyed them. The Steak was very good and tasty. "First time visiting Kickback Jack’s! Great experience on a Sunday afternoon lunchtime. If you like TV’s everywhere with every sport imaginable, look no farther. Was a nice set up with an inside bar and lots of seating and there was an outside bar with seating too. Our server, James, made for a good dining experience. Very welcoming and customer focused. Menu…good selections and not over the top pricing. Food was tasty! Had a burger and had the cheesesteak sandwich. Both cooked perfectly. What was even more impressive is that the meats on both were seasoned!!! Not just salt and pepper, but more like a house seasoning blend and not spicy(so don’t be afraid). Oh, and the hand cut fries…salted! Nice touch!!!Seasoned food sets this place apart from other like menu option establishments with just bland offerings. A return visit has been earned."
