"I am a 60 year old women. I would like to thank the young man who was at the cash register last night. You believed in me and when I said that I would not be able to carry out my order on my own, the young man said right away he would help me. Thank you for being a good person and so willing to help me with kindness. Now days you don't see people that will help with out thinking twice. The food was very good as always. The pizza was balanced with all the toppings and kept warm. The free reward chicken nuggets were flavored just right and fresh and warm. Thank you."

"Tried to place an order online for the St. Michael location. It wouldn’t accept any card or the pay in store option. It was saying order not completed. So, I called to place the order over the phone and the boy/person on the phone was just mockingly laughing at everything I said. So, I did not order. I just hung up. The last time we ordered there, there was about 3-4 inches of crust on the whole outer circumference of the pizza because they skimped out on the sauce and other toppings. So I’m not sure why I was giving them a other chance anyways. Don’t recommend. Too bad because they used to be good."

"It doesn 't matter how good the food is when the service couldn 't have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn 't even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the manager and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. I had to call corporate to get my order canceled and cancel the purchase with my credit card because they kept saying they couldn 't find my order that I had online and email confirmations for."

"The whole food was made right and was hot and good. There was a problem with the card processing machine, but the workers in the restaurant were very nice and helpful and could dissolve it. I really appreciated it. I live in a large metropolitan region and was visiting the city family here in Jennings for the weekend. Hands down, customer service and the pride that fast food workers have in this small town is by far the best and very excellent to say the least. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"In our last three visits to this location, we have consistently enjoyed excellent service, received accurate orders, and experienced staff members who genuinely go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. During our most recent trip, I arrived a few minutes before my order was ready and paid in advance before heading back to my car to wait. I had every intention of going back inside to pick up my order, but Antoine kindly brought it out to me with a warm smile. "I placed a strictly pop order as I am addicted to my mountain dew. Well, I was stranded due to work vehicle blowing tires, and I was called because they couldn't make it till 4pm which was 3 hrs away till someone could deliver. I decided to just wait it out, and 45 minutes after that order was placed I got a pleasant surprise. My order was delivered. Contacted Pizza Hut headquarters, filed report and request for refund. It 's now 8:59pm, order still showing we 're making your order. And my husband is STILL without dinner! All headquarters couls tell me was that the general manager would contact within 1-3 days. I asked where my husband 's food was.... with unfortunately, I cannot contact this location directly, and I even conference called headquarters with this location. Will NEVER use this location again! "The restaurant was quick to answer the phone and did so with a friendly tone. The pizzas were expertly made, and our order was delivered in multiple rounds, ensuring that there wasn't more crust than toppings. Unlike many other places in this area that serve pizzas with a thick 2.5-inch crust, this restaurant provides a better balance. It's not like Pizza Hut in Flatwoods, KY. I must say, the crust is a wonderful complement to the generous amount of toppings. The pizza looked fantastic, just as we ordered it. I highly recommend trying it out; you won't be disappointed with their service. My personal favorite is the meat lover's pizza with mushrooms and black olives."

"This Pizza Hut has dramatically improved since the change in management!! The workers are much nicer and the store is kept a LOT cleaner than it was before. I noticed that there weren't foodstuffs on the floor as there has been at previous visits to this location. I also noticed that the employees all seemed to be healthy and substance-free. On previous trips, I have been assisted by employees that most definitely were using some kind of illicit drug... I went tonight to get some wings and some breadsticks, but there was an issue with the fryer, so the wings couldn't be prepared. The manager was very apologetic, and gave me a bit of a discount for my breadsticks! She then gave me a couple of coupons to use with a future order. This is the first time I have been to this location in about 6 months due to the horrible customer service and deplorable state of cleanliness I experienced on numerous previous visits.... However, now I will most definitely be returning to this location soon! I'm VERY glad that I can finally return to my local Pizza Hut!! Keep up the good work!!!"
