"I have eaten at kosher restaurants all over the country and was yet to find a kosher restaurant that did not taste kosher . If you are looking for modern, fresh and great tasting food, you 've come to the right place. The service was excellent and I especially enjoyed the desserts. I have come here on multiple occasions when visiting the area and will be sure to return and bring family and friends."

"I'm sure I'll be back tomorrow. Let’s go step by step into this amazing setup: we didn’t have much of a wait and once sat the service was phenomenal. Our sweet waitress Maddy was literally fresh air. Win great recommendations and was so interactive with a fantastic setting. Everyone in the institution seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food... The food was good. We enjoyed the French toast, fresh and soft together with some fresh berries and some of the best bacon I tasted. Mac and cheese were AMAZING!! Someone must have thrown off. All right. The shrimps and geese were so delicious. Here it is. The ambience; Music was on the point, the crowd was great and again, the service was so good. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Top Notch!"

"Helped my daughter move into her new place in Hawthorne and needed something to eat for all of us. Sitting at Bagel Express and the place had just closed. Frank was out there asking what I needed. After telling him my story, he opened up and made 5 sandwiches for us. The sandwiches were great and I could not imagine going somewhere else to get a sandwich, bagel or coffee when I visit Hawthorne. I recommend Bagel Express and Deli Thank you."

"I looked at the menu before I left my house to see what they had. Looked great because they had strawberries. Plus I looked at the reviews before I left. I asked for a deep fried French toast. (I thought they could do it because I had restaurants do it for me before. She was rude basically saying what do you want? Husband ordered a sweet tea, she brings out a Sprite. Wrong. My first time AND last time. They say they were busy, but that shouldn't make ANY difference. She pretty much snapped at me. You can have your precious 5 points Cafe. I'll stick with who I go to from now on. NOT IMPRESSED."

"Tony is great. He's friendly, reasonable and bagels and coffee are delicious, I was so sick of Dunkin Donuts, and Quick Check....this is finally a bagel place that is not only good, but friendly AND is so fairly priced!"
