"Bagels were really good, but geez the service was so atrocious. The lady checking us out (I assume the owner) because as we waited in line 20 minutes she huffed in front of us “I am done selling bagels on their own we’re done!” Which…okay? But you literally own a bagel shop I don’t know the logic behind that lol. She also continuously screamed at people for leaving the door open when there was a line when hanging a sign would have sufficed. Hopefully just came here on a bad day. Editing my review to 2 states because to be told I’m lying is insanity lol. I literally heard SOMEONE at the register very clearly tell us they would not sell any bagels for the rest of the day and would only take sandwich orders. I also first hand saw the woman at the counter raise her voice at guests to shut the door. This place does not have a single concept of customer service. You can look at my other reviews and see I very seldomly take time to write anything negative but I truly am baffled at the responses to reviews. I have not seen one that is genuinely apologetic, but down right defensive. Yikes!"
