When I spoke with a staff member, she informed me that there was nothing they could do and couldn't provide any information about the management on duty that night, which was March 15, at 11:05 PM. I showed her my receipt, but unfortunately, I encountered rudeness from some staff members. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I take customer service seriously, and this was an incredibly disappointing experience. It feels like theft to take money without providing any service in return. I have the online receipt as proof."
