"My party ordered two chicken snack meals at Zaxby's. Unfortunately, I was the last one to receive my food because the manager was already closing up for the night. When I finally got my food, I only needed some ketchup but the manager seemed to ignore me while he was busy closing the cash drawer. Frustrated, we ended up leaving without getting what we needed. Another disappointing experience at Zaxby's."

"AMAZING WORK by the Eastside Zaxby's! The Tso Chicken Plate was incredibly delicious. LOCATION: Conveniently located just 3 blocks from I-85 on Pelham Road off Parkway. FOOD: The food was hot, fresh, and I also had the opportunity to try their salads which were delicious and filling. SERVICE: The staff was friendly and provided fast service."

"Good only down fall is how busy it is instesd if ordering through the speaker there is someone sitting out i like to see prices and see combos n things i can order instead of trying to ask questions to the person who is holding the lil ipad type device puttin ny order in. It has caused major back ups lines that run out of the parking lot and sometimes have waited 15 min for an order. My fiance has got out of line and run inside to find several specific staff that seem to always just be hanging around lookin at their phones as rapid orders are comin through. Also one time the girl got up on her cell phone and her bein the only one sittin out to take orders for drive through csused further delay she walkrd out of psrkin lot with phone up to ear and device on her hand blatantly ignoring cars waitin to order havin a manager come out to chase her down and ask what she is doin. Food is good. Jus that lil hiccup could be sorted out they would do much better."

"The cashier had her back to us until I finally asked, "Are you ready?" She seemed unsure about how to process our order for two wings and things—one teriyaki and one tongue torch. I had to call over another employee for help. There were only three people working in the kitchen, while five others were just hanging out at the front counter and drive-thru. It took us 23 minutes to get our food."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! Despite the usual wait time, they have a system in place to make sure you get your food quickly, similar to Chick-fil-A. The dining room has recently reopened, which is a huge plus. Although they no longer offer curbside pick-up, you can still pre-order using their mobile app and park in designated spots to pick up your order hassle-free. Orders placed through the app are ready in just 10 minutes, making it a much faster option than the drive-thru."
