"After reading all the reviews below that aren’t the greatest. I can 100% support the fact that this place USED to be a DISASTER . Literally. But I will say one thing that is genuinely factual about my latest 5 stops at this McDonalds. I noticed they have a new manager. Even from ordering drive through or from inside you can see he has the team organized and there is no visual observation of flurry or panic like you usually see at most McDonald’s. The quality of the last few orders of mine were all SPOT ON . The fries perfect and the McDoubles tastier than ever ! When I notice change . Especially a good one, I do my best to address it. Shoutout to the new manager here and the new team on ensuring quick orders done with quality of food in mind at the same time. Thank you thank you thank you Best wishes for the future of this location."

"As usual my standard me of two Big Macs and a medium fry did not disappoint. The fries are always so crispy and salted to perfection and nothing beats their specific Coca-Cola mixture. I love it. My only disappointment is the ice cream machine was broken when I came, but the young lady at the draft do window was super polite and really made my day."

"I stopped there on February 24, 2022 to eat something for my family. the drive was packed so that I went into order. I waited 5 minutes for my order. I was patient. I saw they were busy. I understand you're shorthanded. Finally, someone looked up and said someone had a customer. she came up and asked me what I wanted. I was calm. but her attitude to me was wrong. I told her I don't need anything and she should change her attitude. I was calm and didn't scream as I wanted. but that wouldn't do anything. I told her to change her attitude. I will not be back or recommend it to everyone."

"This place is my guilty pleasure. I love being able to place my order online through the McDonald's app and using their fantastic deals, such as free large fry with any purchase of $1 or more. Even though the drive thru is commonly wrapped around to the road, the service is usually very prompt. I prefer to use the curbside pickup feature in the app because it seems to be a smidge quicker, but no matter how I pickup my order, I'm always quite pleased with the experience! "My husband and I went to this restaurant to grab a quick meal. We brought our kids along and ordered a $40 value dinner. Unfortunately, they forgot some items from our order. The line was long and slow at 7:30 pm, which meant I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the missing items. By the time we received everything, the food was cold. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend returning. I would rather grab something from a nearby convenience store."

"Went to the drive-through and something have to happen with their speaker and no one came back on the speaker to help me after 10 minutes of sitting there waiting. Went inside and a blonde lady said I’ll be with you in a minute fairy blandly. And when she came back she said Do you wanna place an order? "employer rude, how can glaring and scoofing if they hate their jobs so bad they find a new work or mangment it has to work to a better place. I also noticed almost every night that their credit card machine goes down, or if they are underoccupied 6/7 days I went to the last two weeks. it was a regular thing for the last year that cash money will take everything they take with each with cards in these days and it in the night to work the day and the next day on the way, it is good for a fountain pop but a mysterious breaking credit card machine only in the night, seems like someone stealing or lazy to be and to realize that they make the half of it up."

"The McDonald's in Richmond IL off 173 and rte 12 is so kind to allow me to be dropped of by the nice officers of McHenry County Sheriff dept do to the company i was working at Qubex Trucking is being put out of service for purchasing stolen semi and stolen semi trailers probably from the Hodgkins UPS freight terminal and sold as fake great dane trailers 2014. Upon starting i had mentioned this equipment looked stolen to Valdmir the owner it was brought to my attention by undercover DEA FAA friend of mine there might be running drugs on this company equipment, so i did further research amd found many flaws in trailer and truck indicators equipment stolen and with a hunch the dumb thieves left business card of repair shop down where suspicious theff possibly at UPS terminal by inside employees. Cause the terminal in Oak Creek WI UPS facility had a known drug bust by company employees."

"Went inside to order... that took 35 minutes to get food... the entire order was wrong! Honestly I thought they gave us the wrong order but that wasn't the case.. they don't pay attention to direction! Literally everything they were told to leave offthe food was on the food still. Had to go back because they left out an entire meal somehow.. Then proceeded to give me anattitude when I returned to correct this.. "Easy to get to this place with a large parking lot and two car through window. The restaurant's lobby was somewhat cramped and the entire staff worked hard to serve the driving gentleman. Nevertheless, I was waited in less than a minute and my food came out quickly. The two hamburgers were very hot, Diet Coke perfectly mixed, and so had the most perfect McDonald's ice cone that ever had (the machine was also not broken). I'd stop here again."
