"The staff was delightful, and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere and decor were also quite appealing. We initially thought we had chosen a low-cost Chinese takeout spot based on our online search (our mistake, as I see now they have a very informative website). When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was more of a sit-down restaurant, and the prices were higher than we anticipated. We're used to ordering pints, but they only offered one size for drinks, which is about the equivalent of a quart. However, it was worth every penny! The pork fried rice and beef and broccoli were simply exceptional. Believe it or not, even the ice water was great (it can be hard to find restaurants with good-tasting water). Another highlight is that it’s a BYOB place, but I forgot my beverage. One thing to note is that the sweet and sour chicken comes with the red sauce already on it, so next time we’ll be sure to order half of it plain. Additionally, many Americans appreciate Asian heritage, so it would be nice to hear more authentic music; they were playing classical music, which was pleasant, but a different vibe would be welcome. I’m eagerly looking forward to enjoying the leftovers, and I can’t wait to return, possibly for lunch as well."
