"I made a reservation for 6 people for a company lunch. When we arrived, we were told we could sit as it was not busy. However, we were later approached by a very rude and unpleasant manager, a woman with brown hair and glasses. She had a hidden personality, acting like a strict librarian on drugs. She refused to let us sit without an online reservation, even though we were only one person over the maximum listed on their website. Thankfully, the waitresses were kind enough to still accommodate us. If it weren't for them, I would have given this place a 1-star rating. We will not be returning. The manager's behavior cost the restaurant hundreds of dollars. If she had done her job properly, her staff would be aware of their own rules."
