I spent almost an hour in the car thru last night. I'm a patient and I understand things happen, but I felt really sorry for the team last night. At first there are no lights on the menu board during the night. Second, the car was waiting in front of me for over 25 minutes. Usually I thought the car before you, if the order was not ready, they would be asked to move and allow others to go forward. When I came to the window, I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to the window. The server was very apologetic and began to explain that they were understaffed and he called his General Manager Minouche to get help and he was so frustrated. He told me to send a complaint and that was his GM error (Minouche). They really needed help last night. There were also at least six cars behind me. So I can only imagine what they felt....??"
