"Lunch today with friends. Ordered fried tofu with veggies. Sweet and sour chicken. All dishes were good. Presentation was extra nice. I had sweet and sour soup which had perfect amount of heat. We had a really nice inexpensive meal. But an hour later I was dizzy and hubby had a headache. Both very rare for us. So ask if they cook with MSG. It just might be that is causing our symptoms."
