"Showed up to pick up our order at 9:15 when they close at ten. THREE people looked directly at us sitting at the window and then looked away acting as if helping customers isnt their job. They looked annoyed even. Eventually someone, im assuming the manager, came to the window and apologized for not hearing the buzzer but I know none of them are blind haha. They all chose to just not acknowledge us. We were the only customers there. Don't know if being ignored by the staff just put a bad taste in our mouth but our food was overcooked and lacked flavor. As we drove away we had hoped the food would be good enough to make us brush off the poor service but we definitely won't be going back."

"I came here last week to get the August Pizza of the Month. I asked the guy at the counter if I could add bacon. The clerk asked the manager and he said yes but to charge me for a side of jalapenos. The pizza was great. I came in here today and informed the girl at the counter how I wanted my pizza. She said ok. Some short guy claiming to be the manager stated that I was lying and that this never happened. I ensured him this did happen. So they lost a forever customer because of this guy. Also maybe the health inspector should visit because the manager was not wearing a hairnet on his extremely long beard."
