"I called to address the issue, but the manager wasn’t available, so I spoke to someone else in charge. Instead of resolving my concern, he just read back the order that the girl had inputted, making me feel like the mistake was my fault. It seemed like he didn’t care about fixing the problem. At that point, I didn’t want to drive all the way back just for a better sandwich.
While I was there, I noticed another couple who had ordered before me had to ask about their food because three later orders, including mine, had already been served. It’s unfortunate because I used to really enjoy their sandwiches, but I don’t think I’ll be returning."
