"The club sandwich was overly stacked at almost 4 inches high, making it impossible to eat without taking it apart. The bacon was limp and seemed to be precooked, while the turkey was unevenly layered, making it difficult to eat. The chicken tenders should be avoided as they were unappetizing and resembled fish sticks in appearance and taste. The fries, shake, and salad were just average. It's a relief that you can skip the iceberg and cabbage mix. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience."

"Well, waiting for food was bad enough. My order of chicken wings was burned , and the frieds were small children like size. There is no flavor on the chicken, just a hot chilly taste. Price almost 20$ for 12 wings with frieds. Could have bought 4 half sandwiches in Subway store, with drinks and 8 cookies. Maybe for a dollar more or less. It's just not worth it . They are taking the project surroundings customers has fools."

"I recently tried the Texas Loaded Fries at this restaurant and they were the best fries I have ever tasted! The entire plate was incredible and the Wings were also amazing. The food looked exactly like the pictures and my call-in order was ready in no time. Everything was cooked fresh and was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more!"

"After changing the recipe of almost everything on the menu, tacos are the only decent thing left. So I ordered 10 tacos, 45 minutes. Thought that was a little extreme but still not a real issue. An hour and a half later, the tacos arrive. The driver, stoned out of his gourd, actually took the tacos back to the store because apparently you need your ID with you to accept an order when you pay with a card. This information was not told to me over the phone. Been ordering here for YEARS. When did this become a thing? No longer a customer no longer recommend. Cassys saved the day. First time ordering there, big fan. Highly recommend."

"Pleasant experience of first time trying Jollibee after more than 10 years I believe! My mom is from the Philippines so it’s quite big there. I wished I could’ve dined in for the better experience, but take out was still great. Lots of customers, need to be in line for a long time even if I’ve ordered take out online. The chicken was YUMMY, it’s very crispy! The spicy chicken was spicier than I expected. The spaghetti is less sweet that I expected. Overall still pretty good!"

"Peach mango pie alone is worth the visit. Perhaps the best fast food pie you'll ever find. Spicy chicken joy and spicy chicken sandwiches are great. Sides are decent. The noodles and spaghetti are ok, but not really something I would order regularly. The only disappointment is that they don't serve Halo-Halo. I don't know why they don't just add it to their menu."

"This place is always bustling with activity. I initially saw it open as a Jollibee and returned in the evening for dinner. The portion sizes were definitely large enough to satisfy two very hungry people, which is great! I paid a total of $16 for a Value Meal #8 (which includes half a bangus, rice, and palabok) plus a chicken skewer. I forgot to get any drinks, though. I gave it four stars mainly because the cashier was quite unfriendly. I’m not sure if the drinks were refillable, but the young cashier certainly didn’t handle a refill request from another customer well; she seemed to really dislike her job. Despite that, you just can’t find anything like this in Arizona. We drove five hours to indulge in this meal, and it was definitely worth it. I plan to return tomorrow before heading back home!"

"We drove an hour and fifteen minutes just to get two pieces of thighs and eight drumsticks. This is unacceptable especially due to the fact we waited about 30 minutes just to get an iffy order. I also noticed that people that had arrived after me were given their order before me. It makes no sense as to why someone with a short order should be entitled to get their order before a big order especially if we were waiting before.I been calling to discuss my concern over the phone, but no one was picking up. now I feel better after this rant????"

"Was my first time trying Jollibee ever, since my friends praise it so much. I completely understand being short staffed and longer wait times. Was it worth the wait? Unfortunately no. The chicken is the only thing that gave this place 2 stars, everything else was not appealing. There was a server who accidentally knocked over a plate on the floor. She cleaned it up but didn’t change her gloves! How can you pick up trash and not change gloves? Pretty sure that’s a health code/Food handler violation. Not to mention the place looked pretty trashed for a customers perspective, trash all over the place and still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. While taking a couple of bites into my food I found a hair. I have short hair and that was my final straw."

"No choice of pieces but didnt specify all 10 were dark meat. Ordered 10 piece bucket MEAL and all pieces were either drumsticks or thighs! Iwas assuming/hoping there would be at 1 wing or breast or at least the description specified drums and thighs only. "Large" sides werent enough for even 2 people. $58+ 10 dark meat only chicken, sides only enough for 1 individual. Very disappointing. Hard to believe that almost $60 couldnt feed 3 people."

This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes."
