"My greatest appreciation to the management and upper management team of this establishment, my wife and I had a minor issue with the cashier and a member of the kitchen staff, regarding an order we wanted that varied a slight bit from the original menu item that resulted in us leaving the restaurant without placing any order at all. I contacted the the main office and within minutes we received phone calls from both the District manager and general manager who were both super professional and genuinely concerned about our experience within their restaurant and went above and beyond to make it right ,WOW! you don't see customer service like this nowadays. Turns out it was a simple misunderstanding due to a training issue with their employees that was corrected right away, we look forward to revisiting this establishment in the future.
