"I almost gave this a 4 star because the service was slower (they have a sign that their understaffed at the front desk), but then I tasted the spicy chicken with gravy again, and it shot back up to 5 stars. The chicken is large, crispy, tender, actually spicy (they inject spices into the actual meat not just the breading), and the gravy is thick with msg or some mystery addictive ingredient. You literally cannot go wrong with their chicken. I don't care what else you order as long you got some chicken. The value on anything other than chicken is suspect because I wouldn't pay 8 dollars for their spaghetti or 5 bucks for their yum burger, but again .... their freaking chicken. I'll come back forever for their spicy fried chicken in gravy. Other things I like include their meat patties in gravy, sandwiches of any kind, peach desert, and especially the pallabok noodles."
