"Hello, this message is for the owner of Pollo Royal in Revere Tue March/31/2024 5:30 Pm I had very bad service from the waitress, I didn't even take napkins and I had to get up to drink my soda and she charged me a $13.41 tip so excessively I am not bothered by the amount of tip for me that is a handout why I always leave $20 or more for a tip why I understand and am considerate of those who serve me and my family so sir owner be careful because I already Pay attention to the saying of that person who treats people very badly. I think that lady is from Colonbia because of how she settled. I will be expressing how I feel on all social networks why what these people do with their clients is not fair."

"Excellent food, but inconsistent business hours. Coming from Texas, I was nervous to find a solid taco and torta spot in Louisville. The tortas at La Casita are TO DIE FOR. My only beef... I 've come twice now around 5 (when their store hours and google say they 're open) and they have a we 'll be back soon! sign up. Love the food, but they need to fix the hours issue."
