When I requested a refund, I was met with the same refusal. I was told there was nothing wrong with my food and that the issue was with me instead. Having worked in food service myself, I know that whenever a customer complains, it's essential to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. I've dined here several times in the past without any complaints, but today's food was simply not good. Requesting a replacement dish or a refund shouldn't have been a problem. I ended up spending $10 plus a $2 tip on something I didn't eat, and I was treated poorly throughout the experience."
