"So, I come here all the time to pick up food for other people via delivery services Ubereats, Grubhub, Doordash, and etc... I thought I would give it a try tonight. They said that they had catfish. So, ordered catfish for myself. So, the lady that cooks here doesn't wash he hands. Also the food is burnt and not cooked properly. The pieces of fish do not even look like fried fish... I can not even eat it afraid I may get sick. ????. Also, this fish was $15 this should of been free. TAKE A LOOK!!"

"Very disappointed in tonight's! dinner for the family. We order there and never have an issue, but tonight the food quality was awful. Both Cheesesteak wraps were so greasy and burnt up that they were literally laying in an inch of oil inside the container. The grease was ceaped through the paper and dripping all over everywhere. I called and all I was asked is if I wanted a new one delivered. The fact they did not even address the issue itself is what gets me. No, it is not the delivery drivers fault. By this point were grossed out. So she just says okay next time just remind us that you can get another one. ???????? Are you kidding me?????"

"I saw cheesecake in the fridge and it actually looked good. I asked the guy behind the counter if it was good or not and of course he said it was. So I took the plunge and ordered cheesecake with my 3 piece. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Shocked actually. It was really decent cheesecake . Far better than you would ever expect to get from a fast food place. It was so good I thinking about making a special trip for another slice tonight."

"I went to JJ's Fish Chicken to get the catfish nuggets I love so much, but was greatly disappointed. On the outside electronic advertising board they have a Tuesday special(2pcs chicken .99¢ /or 2pcs fish for $1.99) I thought great I'll feed the whole family. When I went in and asked for the special I was told they no longer had that special. I asked why was the electronic sign still up? The cashier stated the manager had not taken it down. I asked the young lady was this not false advertisement? She didn't answer. I asked for a manager he was not available. I will no longer patronize a restaurant with no integrity. I have been a pretty good customer of JJ's, but after this incident I or my family will never go there again. Isn't false advertising illegal?"

"My experience has deterred me from ever ordering from this restaurant again. The staff members are largely rude and seem to have no understanding of good customer service. They clearly don't care about their customers or the orders they take. When you call, it might be more efficient to simply give them your address and let them decide what to deliver, as they appear indifferent to your meal preferences or any food allergies you might have. Additionally, you may end up receiving a random item, as they send all their delivery drivers home before dinner service even begins. I would suggest preparing your own meals, even if it's just a frozen pizza, as it will likely be closer to what you actually want and far less stressful. Avoid ordering from here unless you're ready for the issues I’ve just highlighted."

"Called to place an order today on 5/28/21 and, their customer service is horrible! My daughter in law placed an order and they couldn’t even give us a time to pick them up?‍When we called back and asked what time we can pick them up, they said you have to come in and place an order?‍The order was already placed on the phone... Customer service I’m big on and this place is rude! Too bad your crabs are good but, we won’t ever call and order here again!"
