"This is my favorite restaurant for Chinese and Thai. There is definitely a mix up in some of the above reviews. There is a Chinese restaurant on Mt Hope that comes up when you click the link for this restaurant's website. I say this because the pictures in the negative reviews are NOT from the Tran Huy on E Ridge Rd in Irondequoit. I eat there every week and they never mix rice in with the entrees and the amount of food in one entree feeds me for several meals. This is a family run place and the father makes all the dishes fresh. Rice comes in large containers separate from the entree and you can order brown or white, steamed or fried."

"I think this is primarily a restaurant if not complete. Eating is just delicious, and also reasonable. The service is very accommodating and pleasant. (A friend had recommended beef and broccoli with white rice. Great recommendation!"

"Been coming here for years their food is great. The quality of their meats, specifically their chicken, is the best that I have had. I have on a few occasions ordered from other places out of convenience but experienced the difference in quality. Will not order from anywhere else even if I have to drive farther to pick up from here."
