"My parents have had really great service from this restaurant in the past. Usually order through DoorDash. I moved close to Smart Daddy?s and decided to order ahead and pick up on my way home from work, as their website has an option to pick the timeyou want your order ready. Unfortunately they called 30 minutes before pick up to tell me my order was ready. Annoyed, I leaveearly to go pick it up. The restaurant is less than a minutes drive from my job and less than 5 minutes from my home. When I gethome with my food it?s not hot at all, seems more like it had been sitting under a hot light. I ended up having to heat up theorder in my oven. Disappointed that this happened with an order ahead. May not be going back here."
