"This is my favorite restaurant for Chinese and Thai. There is definitely a mix up in some of the above reviews. There is a Chinese restaurant on Mt Hope that comes up when you click the link for this restaurant's website. I say this because the pictures in the negative reviews are NOT from the Tran Huy on E Ridge Rd in Irondequoit. I eat there every week and they never mix rice in with the entrees and the amount of food in one entree feeds me for several meals. This is a family run place and the father makes all the dishes fresh. Rice comes in large containers separate from the entree and you can order brown or white, steamed or fried."

"Had my regular General Tso's chicken. The fried rice was very tasty and the spice was really good. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning, but what China one couldn't. Overall good experience Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"
