"Fu Lay may not have the most impressive appearance, but don't be deceived—it's likely the best Chinese restaurant in Stroudsburg. They stand out as the only Chinese eatery in the area that really delivers on the spice when you ask for it. Not a single meal I've had from them has ever let me down. Although the seating area is small, I typically opt for takeout. The portion sizes are comparable to other places, but the quality of their food is truly exceptional. My go-to dishes are the hot and sour soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in curry sauce, General Tso's chicken combo, and lo mein. Each of these meals is absolutely delicious and made to order. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone!"
