"Overall, my first experience with this restaurant was not as pleasant as expected. I first heard from this restaurant of a friend and I was deepened in trying this restaurant. When I first came to the restaurant, the staff welcomed us and I felt greeted by him. In the beginning they had a good service, but after we had ordered our food when the tables turned. They were at least 10 people, maybe less in the restaurant than we ordered our food. I was hoping they would continue their good customer service, but I was wrong. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. I was angry and disappointed because not only their less than 10 people were in the restaurant, but the employees were completely blurred during their work. I wanted to go, but the food came after these 45 minutes. As soon as my food came, they told me that the tortillas were out immediately. They never came out. I just wanted to go, but I was hungry, so I gave them a second chance. My meat, rice and beans were a bit cold, so I ate a little. I called her to ask for a box and the bill. I also mentioned that I never got my tortillas. I didn't give them a tip either. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
