"Placed an order for two pizzas, was not given a time for when it would be ready. Then I was told it would be a ?bit? because there are 3-4 orders in front of me. Since it was crowded, I went back into my truck and sat in there for 10 minutes. Went back into the store and waited for 20 minutes. When I asked if they had my order, they said they accidentally gave it to someone else with no apology? after another 10 minutes goes by I ask for a refund, they then say ?Oh, I can give them to you right now.? They were ALREADY in the display but they continued to have me wait? SO, just to recap. This matter should have taken 10-15minutes, 20 worse case scenario. This whole matter was 50 minutes. Also, this is not the first occurrence where they have messed up my order? Jewel Lake location is MUCH better?"
