"We experienced great service at this local establishment, a small family-owned business run by a kind elderly man. Despite the initial emptiness when we arrived on a Thursday night, the place quickly filled up with customers for the final rush of the evening. We enjoyed our ice cream treats while taking in the lively atmosphere. Our group tried a variety of desserts, such as a banana split, a brownie-filled blizzard, and a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, all of which were delicious. The total bill came to $21.xx, and we were happy to leave a generous tip when we paid $23. The interior of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and our orders were served promptly. Although the medium blizzard was smaller than expected, it was just the right size for me and was thoroughly enjoyable. We also bought a box of Heath Dilly Bars to take home. We plan to return to this place regularly, especially now that we have moved closer and want to support this local gem."

"the most rude, argumentative group of people I know. I wanted my order to be repeated at the arrival in the window, the "manager type" was a coworker and asked if everything I ordered was in the bag. he answered yes. I asked what that was to ensure 5 miles on the road that I would not be disappointed. she said it's here on my screen (sometimes I couldn't see). I asked again to review the order that she has read a part of the order for a “call” vote, I gave up. I thought I missed something that is when a teenager put her head through the same window as the manager and said: "I grabbed the bag that are her nuggets on the bottom of the bag." in one we let this outside type take away from. I gave up and drove away, they don't stop here unless they're looking for a fight or a posture of a baptism. dq must invest in customer service training."

"When we got there, there was a fairly long line going out into the street. We decided to go in and order. We ordered a shake, Sunday, and fountain drink. Everything came out sporadically which isn't a bug deal, but I had ordered a brownie oreo Sunday which just came out as brownie and ice cream. I ended up tossing the Sunday after a few bites because it wasn't what I wanted/was expecting. I understand they are busy, but I don't mind waiting as long as my order is correct"
