"I hadn’t been here in years, but I was in the area, so I decided to order takeout sushi. I checked my bag as I was walking out and realized an item was missing. I went back in and he told me it was on the bottom of the bag. I took everything out to show him (there were two small boxes of sushi) so it was pretty obvious the spring rolls were missing. He politely retrieved them from the back where he forgot them and apologized. That wasn’t a big deal by itself even though they did not seem busy enough at the time to not have made sure the entire order was packed. However the biggest issue was that my sushi did not have a clean, fresh taste. You could tell by looking at it that it wasn’t made with quality ingredients. My salmon sushi had a pin bone in it and did not taste very good. The other items I got were also disappointing. I only ate some of it because most of it was off-putting. Needless to say, I won’t be returning."
