"First time I've ever been there! We went to the farmers market this morning and picked up these delicious, balsamic and garlic olive oil went grocery shopping and forgotten to get sourdough bread. There was none at the farmers market. We arrived too late, so after grocery shopping, I decided to go buy sourdough and Company since I've never been there to pick up a sourdough baguette, I paid 399. I live a half an hour away and paid by debit as soon as the company arrived. I took out the bread to find out that I needed to bake it in the oven. When I pulled it out of its paper wrapper this is what I found, now I am stuck with no sourdough bread to serve my company and this delicious, balsamic and olive oil. Gross! Never again, I'll stick to Panera, huge disappointment!Response; I called the manager the said I had to bring it back, and they couldn't refund my debit of 3.99 over the phone, you are incompetent enough to sell me this nasty bread, now you want me to spend more money in gas and travel with it? I'm not giving you my cc# over the phone Just horrible full circle this NEVER should have happened!"
