"Here's my breakdown: - **Ambiance:** 3.5 - **Food:** 4.5 - **Value:** 5 - **Service:** 5 The food was tasty—while it may not have been the absolute best I've ever had, it definitely offers great value thanks to its affordable pricing and generous portions. The service was straightforward and sincere; our server honestly informed us that one dish had been fried 20 minutes earlier and would be dry, but that we could reheat it in the microwave if we wanted. The Hong Kong-style rice rolls had a good portion size, but they weren't as crispy as I prefer. The congee was a huge serving for the price, and while I could tell it was of good quality, the specific type we ordered wasn't to my taste. Nonetheless, it was still an excellent dish. The lobster dish was solid; I typically don’t favor this style but they executed it well, and the noodles were perfectly firm. The marinated beef with jellyfish came in large pieces, and while the beef was quite salty, it was also very flavorful. The sweet and sour deep-fried pork was a standout—one of the best dishes. Even though it’s not something I usually order, they did an impressive job with it, serving it alongside pineapples and lychee. However, the drunken chicken with XO sauce didn’t impress me. My mother asked them to tone down the spice, which was a mistake, as it ended up lacking any XO flavor. The deep-fried turnip cake was tasty, but it wasn't what I expected—I'm used to it being pan-fried, and this version was a bit too oily for my liking. A quick tip: even the medium bowl of congee is very large. Also, it’s wise to bring someone who can read Chinese, as the menu didn’t seem to have an English version. There’s ample parking in a large lot, although it’s shared with several other businesses."
