"I’m a fan of Ruth Chris but the Tysons location needs a significant refresh tears in bench, musty odor and frankly disappointing performance and quality of service and food. Missing menu items, dirty dishes and lacking customer service has me not impressed with this location at all."

"Seemed timing and otherwise rush to feed did not work out well for us. Unfortunately ordered salads and started to eat only to immediately be served dinner which was cold by the time we completed salads. Hence, we had to reorder and by then just over the experience. Anyway the server Ezzy (not sure of spelling) was still working to solve the issue… and for that alone we appreciate his level of service. In addition the manager Wes was kind enough to help us and so top notch to those two."
