"LBV has undergone multiple format changes, but we are pleased that they have decided to stick with the steak house style. This visit was our most recent experience at the restaurant over the years. Our server, Wendy, assisted us in selecting a fantastic wine (which was also a great value) and displayed impressive knowledge of the food menu. She also skillfully prepared a table-side Caesar salad, which was one of the best we have ever had. Our group ordered 3 hand-cut filet mignons and a delicious pork chop, all of which were cooked to perfection. Wendy guided us in sharing a generous slice of chocolate cake, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. As locals, we now plan on visiting LBV more frequently."
