"The smoothie was good. The price is reasonable. The service is bad. I visited the shop on 10/13 at 9:45. When I approached the checkout, I said to her “hi, it’s my first time here, I’m not sure what to order”. The cash register remained calm, she didn't say good morning or anything else. It was like she wasn't in the mood to help me with the menu options. So I looked at the menu for a few seconds, made a quick decision and placed the order. The ironic part is that at the moment of payment I had to answer how much to tap. Then she prepared the order, put it on the counter, said "here", turned around and started talking to her employee. No “hi, bye or a good day”. Not even a “thank you”. I was the only customer at the time, so I don't understand. It's shameful and I won't spend another dollar there. BTW, I gave her 10% for a terrible service..."
