"This restaurant is a hidden gem that has been under new management for the past year. Although it is on the smaller side, it is very clean and offers a variety of South American dishes such as Pupusas and Empanadas, as well as traditional Pho dishes. The filled chicken and beef empanadas were delicious, as were the cheese and bean pupusas which were authentic enough for me to come back for them alone. The Vietnamese menu is not extensive, but the pho is the star of the show here. I recommend trying a sip of the clear broth before adding sauces, as it has a depth of taste without being overwhelmed by spices. The pho was clean, fresh, and packed with flavor. The side of onions with vinegar added a perfect balance of sweetness and bite to the dish. The portions are generous, with plenty of rice noodles. Overall, this is one of my favorite and most underrated pho restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making for a wonderful dining experience. Thank you for a great dinner."
