"Regarding the staff. I deliver food from here now and then. The Asian gentlemen with the glasses is always so nice and helpful. The fried chicken looks delicious. The Chinese food is what you'd get at any corner Chinese food place. I wouldn't eat the Chinese food myself. But thanks to the staff for being so quick, polite, and helpful! Much Respect!"

"The chicken is great but they are rarely open. Krispy Krunchy is managed by the gas station they are in. The management has only trained some of the staff to make chicken and only staffs the chicken for five hours a day until 3pm so you cannot stop by and get dinner on your way home from work. It's too bad they can't operate a business properly because the chicken is fantastic when they actually have it. A manager should be in operating the place if they are short employees. I wonder what the franchise agreement says as to how many hours they are required to be open."

"Tried to order a 10 piece that was listed as $16.99, and the employee told me it was cheaper to buy it ready at $2.59 a piece. I told her that simply wasn't true. She then told me that for $16.99, it would take 10 minutes to cook as opposed to the more expensive ready-made. I ordered it cooked and it was given to me in a brown paper bag and it dripped with grease. Beware you are charged more per piece for the chicken on display. False advertising with their signage."
