"All of the food came out at nearly the same time, making our small table of 4 very crowded, especially since two of the dishes were served on plates that took up nearly half of the tabletop.My miso soup was barely warm and the salad was way overdressed.My nigiri was dry and some of the fish was a bit chewy. It did not taste very fresh. The spicy tuna roll was also chewy. I wondered how they were able to prepare and serve two rolls, two plates of sashimi, and a plate of nigiri so quickly. On my way out I saw the chef pulling pre-sliced sashimi from a tin and placing it on a plate. I suspect they make some of the simple rolls (spicy tuna, california) in advance too. I expect these dishes to be made to order. My meal tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for a while."
