"I would love to give this place 5 stars because the food is actually good. The food takes way too long to be prepared. Why is chicken tenders and fries taking longer than 30 minutes when I was quoted 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. It’s every single time we come here. Today will definitely be that last because that is ridiculous. Fast food should never take that long. What are they doing catching the chicken? Terrible way to run a business!!!! Emma should be fired because she didn’t even tell the kitchen when my husband came to pick up the food which makes me think food isn’t even started until you arrive which TOTALLY ruins the point of even doing Togo orders!! Maybe they just need to convert from a insultingly slow counter service restaurant to a “catch, kill, prepare your own food” kind of restaurant. At this point it would have been faster for me to go to the farm to get my food. Emma is ruining your business! I called at 3:29 and here it is 4:17 and I still haven’t gotten my food. Thanks for making me Late to work. Never again! A different young lady was nice enough to give me a $10 gift card but that hardly makes up for such a wait."
