You need to wait 40 min in a car where they go a large operation with tablets and charge the cakes directly from the truck. Yes, the SPD helped direct traffic. The cakes are so good! Thank you."

"We used to love coming to this restaurant and tried it out again after the change recently. We had to wait to be seated which was fine but I would have expected someone to be at the hostess stand quicker than they arrived. Once seated, we had 3 different waitresses before we even got our food. We asked for mushroom to be removed from the skillet my husband ordered and when it arrived, it of course had mushrooms. There was no way to remove them as they were incorporated into the skillet already. It took a long time before we could find anyone to help us and by the time my husband got his skillet remade, the rest of us were over halfway done with our breakfast. When they brought it back, they forgot to put the gravy on the skillet. Cue trying to find someone again to help with that. Another waitress trying to be helpful brought us a plate thinking that’s what we were talking about. After all of this… nobody even offered to comp the dish. Barely an apology. Oh and they put the bananas IN my daughters pancakes instead of on the side. Luckily she agreed to eat them. That was the least of my issue by the end of this meal. We won’t be returning to this restaurant. We will take our business elsewhere."

"Update: Since my last 3-star review, where we had some problems with food, although nothing serious is only uncomfortable, I was contacted by several people, including Max the Manager. Everyone I spoke with was apologetic and gracious and even helped me with some coupons. I didn't expect a result of my review and I know the last culinary experience was a day. I still plan to make half an hour drive there for the great food and service. Especially after the great way they helped me. Went last weekend and while I usually enjoy my experience, this time it was out. I ordered the Bratbeef handcrafted baguette and they had no baguette bread. I tried to get Chili and not Chili. My friend ordered an orange guava passion fruit juice and it had an old water hose taste. Fortunately, the service was decent, but this culinary experience was disappointing."
