"So THIS is what the young kids are raving about! No ordinary bubble tea, either. My friend and I lucked into this place after lunch at Arashi ramen. So glad we found our new hang. The menu is quite extensive but we settled on milk teas: jasmine Thai (yes, THAI ICED TEA). We also tried this neon-green-flecked Pandan waffle, made w/a plant. OMG! Amazing!! The substantial waffle, good to share, bit crisp crunchy yet the texture inside was chewy--almost like gummy candy. We'll be back again again until we try everything. What a lovely way to spend the first few days of spring."
