"I want to give this place like 2.5 stars. It could have been my experience, but the chicken in kikis-tarts and the Bobbys-style chicken and waffles were ridiculously dry and hard. Given my experience, I would say that this place is overestimated. Her syrup tasted like a normal sugar syrup, not like maple syrup. The waffle and chicken part was definitely small for $15. Pretty ridiculous because it couldn't cost her more than 4 dollars or something to whistle together. For reference, bruxie's is probably 5x better than that in quality and value. The perpetrators were really good, but, perfect texture plus taste of the buffalo sauce and ranch was pretty good. Not much cheese at all and the cheese was not melted a bit. Nevertheless, I think that the kikis dead with chicken is quite worth it proportional. Chicken and Waffles Bobby Style: NOT RECOMMEND Kiki's dead w/chicken: pretty decent"

"I work at J-Strasse so I can eat something here if a weber is once and in which everything is in order. today during lunch I mentioned that my Kikis frits were very dry and demanded additional sauces to which the bank reacted, I would have to pay an additional fee. I understand a fee for extra sauces, but honestly I never have to order extra, except today. I will not visit these special kikis in the future."

"Customer service is outstanding, Food is delicious!! We ordered our dinner from Uber Eats and the driver left half of our food at the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they had already contacted Uber, but was unable to contact the driver. Kiki's kindly prepared our order and had it hot and ready for us to pick up. They were very apologetic- even though they were not at fault. The chicken is tender and juicy, macaroni salad is really good (i usually don't like restaurant or store bought macaroni salad), I really like there sauces (my favorite mango habanero). "25 bone in Chicken and a large side. The chicken was ok, a bit dry though. The fries was a big disappointment. I was expecting crispy fries but it was soggy. I wish they just put the sauce on the side instead of pouring it in the middle which made it more soggy."

"Bad customer service. Ordered a Kiki fry with easy Buffalo sauce. Once I received my order, I noticed there wasn't any on it that I could see. Upon asking for a small side of Buffalo, I was told that it was fifty cents. I asked since I didn't 5 it with any on like it comes if I could have the amount that Original cones on it. The representative said that's not how it works. My wife picks up dinner from here a few times a month. Sadly, we won't be returning."

"This restaurant is a terrible place to be inside as it is extremely hot with no fan or AC. The temperature outside was 95°F and felt much better than inside. Just imagine having to work in these conditions for months, or even years - it's so unhealthy. The cashier's payment machine is faulty and provided me with an incorrect bill of $1400. When I questioned the worker, they said it was normal and not fixed, preventing me from leaving a tip. This is unacceptable and potentially illegal. I will be reporting this location to various agencies to ensure that the workers are properly compensated for their hard work in such dangerous conditions and are not missing out on the tips they deserve. These issues need to be addressed immediately."

"Tried the food at this location for the second time because i had a Doordash gift card. Last time i ordered in person-they mixed all the sauces together with the fries making them soggy. Other locations dont do that and drizzle the sauce as you see advertised keeping the fries/tots crispy not soggy. Well sadly they did it again, barely no sauce drizzle or hardly any chkn. Rocklin and Auburn location is way better!"

"If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would be 100%. The guys who work here are super friendly and helped explain the menu. With the best toddler friendly options also helped. If your toddler loves the Coleslaw, you know it's good. The chicken pliers were juicy and crispy. The wings were amazing. Put your hands down. I tried the lemon pepper and Buffalo. Both were delicious, but my favorite was the Buffalo. From the beginning to the end it was perfection!"
