"Came her for food! Service was terrible. Had to call over the woman just for her to say give us a few minutes, I guess the waiter was on lunch break. We were the only customers there. Ordered appetizers and food and brought everything all out at once. The Jackson Heights location is much better in my opinion. The food the chicken chow mein and the chicken beef fried rice all had no flavor. Nothing no sauce or flavor, you had to put chilli sauce to give it some flavor. Why did I come there If I had to make the food flavorful?? Another thing the AC was so high the food got cold so quick. Very bad experience. The chicken had absolutely no flavor. I was expecting the same experience I had at Jackson heights but no. Food was not the same at all. No flavor whatsoever. Whats so hard about adding some sauce to the dish. Do not recommend Union location."

"Eating is good. I'll get the Sizzling chicken. Lollipop Chicken is fine, but a little overhauled. Manchurian beef doesn't taste good. Price is fair. The staff is nice and the food is good overall."
