"My husband and I attended the BBQ 101 class at this restaurant yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! I cannot praise it enough. The dinner alone was worth the cost of the class. They guide you through prep, cooking, and everything in between. The group size was just right - enough people for enjoyable conversation, but small enough for individual attention and questions. The best part was getting to eat everything we made. They provide tips for backyard cooking as well as for competition. They even give you a tour of their facility to show you how everything works. You leave with a brochure full of recipes and instructions, as well as a bag of goodies. The father-son team who led the class were incredibly friendly, answered all our questions, and even invited us to visit during competitions. They were the best trainers we could have asked for. This class is well worth the money and time, whether you want to compete or just improve your family meals. If they ever offer an advanced class, count me in! Absolutely amazing!"
