"This is a wonderful buffet in the Southaven area. I?ve been a dozen times and can say great things about this establishment. The food is continuously brought back and forth to ensure freshness and there is always something for everyone to enjoy here. I?d recommend this place for parties and large gatherings as well, although a gratuity fee will be automatically added to your bill if you choose to do so. I?ve noticed when visiting that it is quite crowded at most times. Mywish is that they?d only allow a set amount of customers in the food area at a time. As you may see by pictures, there?s a ton of people in the food area, not wearing masks, or practicing social distancing. I understand the pandemic hasslowed a tad bit, but with this many people in one area at a time, I feel more safety protocols should take place. The waitresses are okay, it?s a hit or miss with getting a great server, or a tired server. The prices are reasonable for abuffet. Their crawfish is my go to when I?m dining in here! It?s always fresh and seasoned well. I?ve had a few times I?ve visited and the food did not taste its best, but more great times than those few bad. All in all, this is a greatBuffett with a family friendly environment and I?ll definitely be visiting again."
