"Our company placed an order today on Pho N Mor website and they gave us an estimated time of the order being ready at 12:15pm. I came to pick up my order and the male server at the register tells me that it has 20 more minutes on it because they focus on the dine in and not the pick up. He spoke to me as if people who order online do not matter and that we are last priority. This was really unprofessional and bad for business. He should have said, I am sorry for the wait. There are a lot of orders right now and we will get it out as fast as we can. Thank you so much for waiting. Will tell everyone not to order or dine here again."
